These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RVC platform operated by ReVacancy, 3 Maja 14a/6, 42-217 Częstochowa, Poland, at app.rvc.global. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

RVC is a job board for candidates. You look at vacancies, match them to a profile, and apply on the employer's site. Employers may publish a vacancy to reach people who already look here. We do not guarantee a hire or a filled role. The platform is provided as is.

2. Candidate accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the CV and profile information you upload.
• The board is free for Candidates. An optional Pro plan ($5/month, cancel anytime) unlocks extra candidate features. Pro renews until you cancel. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Do not upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property or contains malicious code.

3. Employer accounts

• Publishing a vacancy is billed through Stripe as a one-off charge. Pricing is shown at checkout. There is no employer subscription.
• Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
• A vacancy must describe the role accurately. A misleading vacancy, including one falsely labelled remote, will be removed and may lead to account suspension.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download platform data.
• Use the platform to send unsolicited commercial messages.
• Attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you.
• Post content that is unlawful, discriminatory, or violates applicable employment law.

5. Intellectual property

The RVC platform, brand, and codebase are owned by RVC and its contributors. Content you upload (your CV, vacancy text) remains yours; you grant RVC a licence to store and process it solely to provide the service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RVC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Courts in Częstochowa have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection venue that applies to you. For questions: info@rvc.global.
